With Montana being a new region for Precoa, my responsibilities included building new relationships, while creating a platform in which to expand our foot print. Continued training and development of staff to maintain higher than average numbers. In 1996, I moved into training and managing agents for all five funeral homes, as well as one cemetery (combo). Through hiring and training, we moved our staff of pre-need counselors from 9 active agents to over 50 at our peak in 2003. During my time with Bonney Watson, I was able to participate in the pre-construction selling and development/building of one lawn crypt section, as well as an extention of our chapel mausoleum which included both an extention of our crypt and niche inventory.
