  Service Coordinator Danway LLC October 2013 – present – ICAD 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE Directly reporting to Service Manager (Access Systems and Cranes). Attending all meetings with GM for Reports, MOM’s, Consolidating Files, Business Targets, Management Meetings and Sales Meeting. Working with Engineering & Production In-Charge. Responsible for the co-ordination activities of the department with the Service Engineers, Sales in Charges, Production Supervisor and Technicians. Coordination with all departments for the division rated activity including all internal processing of documents. Complete documentations as per ISO requirements. In direct contact with Forwarders for clearing, arranging and delivery of Overseas Purchasing of materials. Preparation of Invoice request as per the completion of Assembly and Service Jobs from the service team. Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals/ Submittals/ Warranties/ Order Acknowledgement, Pro Forma Invoice and all necessary documents required in the Compliance Sheet as per the Projects awarded to Danway. Arranging the files and all the filing activities connected with the Division. Initiation of overseas Purchase order in co-ordination with the Application, Sales, service engineers. Provide technical support to service team, quote for cranes, BMU’s’ inquiries and attend to technical queries of clients/consultant / contractors. Reviewing Agreement (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Annual Maintenance Contract, etc.) Provide support to Engineering & Aftermarket in charge to meet the division objectives in value additions for access systems and cranes & solutions to increase the market share.
