Ensured that all warranty claims from local authorized services were evaluated according to warranty policy and procedure. All procedures set forth by the Czech Republic origin manufacturer and applied transparently based on customer satisfaction. Evaluations were made through the distributor's DMS system and then transferred to the SAGA platform which Volkswagen Group brand members use globally. Incoming applications were evaluated in the fastest and most reliable way by keeping in touch with the technical teams. Training and audits were carried out at certain intervals to warranty officers.
