  With nearly 4.5 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation, I have had the opportunity to work with patients and multidisciplinary staff, where I implemented new, efficient workflows and rehabilitation projects that have had a positive impact on patients' course of hospitalization and work satisfaction among my collages. Rehabilitation projects: - Introducing VR in stroke rehabilitation - Projects aimed to increase the activity level among inpatient stroke survivors. Implementation of new workflows: - Implementation of a new structure for daily meetings related to the patient's hospitalization by bringing together professionals from different disciplines. Due to this meeting structure, patients benefited more from the collective knowledge and expertise of the team. Each team member could contribute their unique skills and knowledge to create a comprehensive care plan that addressed the patient's medical, physical, emotional, and social needs. Show less
