Jun 2018 - Apr 2021
As a member of the corporate interiors division of the firm, I am also a founding member of the London research lab, with particular focus in multisensory experience of architectural spaces. Although I worked on all stages of design and have worked on a variety of projects, my most prominent and recent experiences were as follows: I lead Stage 4 delivery of 15,000sqm DAR UK headquarters project (Perkins&Will mother company). My role consisted of liaising with the appointed contractor, project management team, and the client as well as leading the coordination between all consultants. I also lead design coordination and progression as well as holding presentations to in-house as well as to the client team. I also participated in value engineering workshops and have also managed an outsource team for the production of information. As project lead, I successfully delivered PC of a 30,000sqm government corporate interiors project with 5,000 FTE, consisting of two parts - delivering an existing design from Stage 4 onwards for 8 floors and leading the design and delivery of 3 floors from Stage 1 onwards. My role consisted of liaising with the client team, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, the lead design team for the 8 floors and managing an in-house team as well as working on resource management and fee proposals. I also lead the design for the additional 3 floors. Additionally, I participated in design workshops, attended benchmarking, reviewed subcontractor drawing packages and tech subs and attended regular site monitoring. Additional notable clients: Penguin Random House, Shure, Warner Media Show less
