Katrien Rens
Deniz is e very dedicated employee, who joined our pattern team on a temporary base. She was so eager to learn en get her work done, that we decided to keep her on a long term base. She learned to work with the programs we're using in no time, only with a basic training she got from her colleagues. After a few moths she was better than anyone in the team to work with the 3D program. She shows a big interest in all processes going on in the company and doesn't mind performing tasks which require different or new skills. She follows up the workload very well and delivers her work nicely on time and done as requested. She's a very nice colleague to have in a team, always willing to give support where possible. As junior patternmaker, she wasn't able to expand her pattern making skills a lot, but we also did see her grow in that area. With this attitude, I'm sure she will grow to be a great patternmaker or developer, by gathering more experience!
