As an Outreach Team Leader, I am responsible for recruiting Community Navigators in the Latina/o community of Champaign County. I prepared presentation material and presented via Zoom to community members. These presentations ranged from Immigration related resources to local information. Furthermore, I made referrals to the different areas the New American Welcome Center had to offer from legal services to ESL and citizenship classes.
