-Provided policy recommendations to CATW, one of the oldest international organizations working to end sex trafficking and sexual exploitation of women and girls through law, policy, public awareness and survivor leadership support.-Conducted 15 semi-structured interviews with NGO directors across 8 countries in Latin America to formulate policy solutions and accompanying implementation strategy.-Transcribed, coded and analyzed the resulting data and wrote and designed the final 50-page report.

-Trained over 1000 external actors, including municipalities, universities, civic society organizations and citizens about the guidelines and laws of the 2017-2018 Electoral Process across 30 municipalities. -Designed and oversaw the implementation of a curriculum to train the users of community centers located in marginalized areas about human rights. Trained over 300 community center users through 43 workshops across 21 municipalities. -Designed and oversaw the implementation of a feedback project about the procedures and general experiences on the 2017-2018 Electoral Process. The project encompassed 51 municipalities of the state and consisted of over 20 focus groups across 5 cities. Oversaw and coordinated a team of over 20 people.-Transcribed, coded and analyzed the resulting data of the feedback project on the 2017-2018 Electoral Process and wrote and designed the final 40-page report.-Provided technical input on gender mainstreaming into 15 projects of the area -Prepared policy briefs and other documents for the Citizen Engagement Director-Led outreach and alliances with external external actors, including municipalities, universities, community centers, civic society organizations and citizens to promote citizen engagement and democratic culture in the state. -Organized a total of 43 workshops given in 21 cities to over 600 Community Center users.
