I am pleased to write this recommendation because Denis was the QE Engineering Manager who pushed for and succeeded in bringing a tranformational change at WTG for launching new products: i.e. ''The Platform Concept'' is a multi-disciplinary/ cross-functional team(s) who ensure lifecycle success of each car platform. I remember this period (circa 1995-6) as a time when we were transforming ourselves and Denis was especially diligent, thorough and creative. Denis' change is no doubt the single greatest factor in our successful turnaround. WTG went on to the big scene after that. We have a lot to thank him for. The proof of his concept and implementation is that it is still our practice in 2009! Bravo big time!
