KEY CONTRIBUTIONS: ● Represented over 40 broadcast television station owners / buyers in the sale and purchase of broadcast television properties across the United States; transactions included sell-side / buy-side, leveraged buyouts, workouts, debtor in possession, cash-equity swaps, and debt and equity financing. ● Appointed by Bankruptcy Trustee as exclusive broker for Limited Auction of WLNE-TV, ABC serving Providence, RI; conducted an auction which led to successful sale of station to Citadel Communications. ● Represented Shop at Home Network (SATH NASDAQ) in its sale to E.W. Scripps for $235MM; sale included five full-power major-market television stations. ● Represented EW Scripps in the sale of their five major-market television stations (Formerly the SATH stations) to Multicultural Broadcasting Inc. for $136 million. ● Ranked among top brokers nationally in deal and total volume.
