Led the account of A1 Bulgaria (formally known as Mobiltel) and provide services to the following companies: H&M, Fashion Days, P&G, PMI (Philip Morris), Flexprint, Netinfo, My Lingerie by Provoke, NN Bulgaria. At United Partners (UP) main responsibilities were connected to digital and social media communication, rather than traditional PR services (e.g. media relations). During my employment at United Partners I was responsible for managing A1’s, a telecom company member of A1 Group, social media properties - Facebook page, Twitter handle, Viber public chat, LinkedIn company page, YouTube channel and G+ account. In addition, I also edited and published articles on A1’s corporate blog (based on WordPress). I created and edited the content of the above clients; administrated the accounts and prepared budgets for direct costs and agency fee. Served as a contact point for the clients and developed and executed: social media calendars; digital advertising on social media and Google Display Network, community management on Facebook; electronic direct mailings (via MailChimp); reporting and analysing the achieved results that included: A1 Bulgaria ▪ For a period of six months I achieved the following results: followers’ growth: 19% on Facebook, 4% on Twitter, 33% on LinkedIn, 5% on Viber, 43% on YouTube. The engagement rate of A1’s corporate Facebook page increased by 1.4%. ▪ I was also responsible for organizing online competitions for A1 - both simple and more intricate ones. As an example I can give the Christmas online game of A1 which was the company’s biggest competition for the financial year. The competition was very successful and overachieved the metrics that was set by the client: +580% more participants than expected; -33% of Facebook cost per 1000 reached; -8.5% Facebook CPC; -89% lower price per participant than planned.
