I help them change the way they think and feel about themselves so they can overcome the fear of failure and rejection, promote their business and sell their services to consistently sign clients and continuously grow their income.My journey as an entrepreneur saw me start a health business as a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer with enthusiasm, optimism, and a deep desire to help people. Over time, enthusiasm and optimism were replaced by imposter syndrome, fear, disappointment, shame and disillusionment. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't make it work because I didn't believe in myself or my abilities . Even when my clients gave me amazing feedback, I didn't believe them. Instead I listened to the voice in my head that said I was no good, a failure, and would never achieve anything. I have real compassion for who I was back then, if I could, I'd go back and give me a massive hug and tell me everything will be ok. I can't travel back in time, but I can help other women change their mindset - so they can overcome the pain and sadness that a lack of confidence and self belief brings. I do this because I've felt what they're feeling. I know how crushing imposter syndrome is, and I know what it's like to think you're never going to make it.I can show them how to break free of fear and embrace a totally new relationship with themselves so they can change the way they think, feel and act to grow their confidence, sign more clients and create a successful business that works for them.___________________My Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching is accredited by The Institute Of Leadership & Management and I am a certified Physical Intelligence Coach.
