It was my pleasure to work with Denise when she was Executive Director of the Florida 501c3 Civic Engagement Table. The Table is a coalition of non-profit organizations dedicated to empowerment of Florida's disenfranchised communities. Denise led the coalition through a strategic planning process that resulted in maximizing the effective use of limited resources. The coalition was very successful in registering and turning out voters in traditionally disenfranchised communities, and in engaging election officials to be proactive in addressing potential problems with election administration. Denise was supportive of my work with the disability communities of Florida.

I helped grow this progressive tech start up company by leveraging my over 15 years of personal and professional relationships in the political, civic engagement, NGO and labor sectors. I began by consulting for them in June of 2017 to attract labor unions and NGO's in Puerto Rico to use the Organizer mobile app for their political and disaster relief projects on the island post Hurricanes Irma and Maria. I was then hired as a member of their Customer Success Team, promoted to the Sales Team as an Account Executive, and ultimately promoted to the dual role of Account Executive & Sales Operations Manager for this small but impactful tech start up. Conducted product demos, managed client relationships and various sales operation tasks. Managed Organizer's sales pipeline, various CRMs like HubSpot and PandaDocs to increase clientel. Responsible for pulling various export reports in support of weekly pipeline and monthly reconciliation reports in service to the Sales, Finance and Customer Success Teams at Organizer. Became proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Atlassian products, Slack, Zoom, HiFive and other client support CRM's. Show less
