With the recent property sale, develop and implement (operations and accounting) for a new commercial property management office. Specific annual milestone requirements including implementation of strategic business plans, annual budgets, financial reports, AR collections, operating expense reconciliations and capital budget (short and long term) while minimizing risk to the ownership.
