She joyfully gives back to the community if many forms over the year: donations to the local school, charities and a huge coat drive that benefits the homeless. Denise is business savvy and versatile, having owned a coffee shop in a small community for over 20+ years she has been able to maintain relevance and keep current with the trends. She cares for her team and always makes sure their needs are met, emotionally by lending an ear and physically by making sure they have what they need to complete their job. Café Andreini is a European style coffee house located in the heart of the historic village of Arroyo Grande. We feature large comfy chairs, free WiFi, an amazing variety of fresh food, beverages (including wine and beer) and of course the best coffee on the central coast sourced from Coastal Peaks Coffee! My expertise and areas of focus: - Hiring exceptional talent in the cafe industry to manage all aspects business of the cafe - Marketing and Advertising for our local business - Research and development for food and beverage (coffee, wine, soft drinks, etc.) to ensure we offer the finest quality items that are locally sourced when possible - Finance, Human Resources, and business management How Cafe Andreini has supported the Arroyo Grande Comunity: - Partner with local artists to decorate our store and to help them sell art and gain exposure for the wonderful art they create - Cafe Andreini hosts a yearly Holiday local toy drive to help children and families in need - Cafe Andreini hosts a yearly canned food drive to help people and families in need - Sponsor and main contributor of the Summer Concert Series annual events where local artists can perform and share their talents with the community to help build their career and gain exposure - Sponsor and yearly contributor to the 'Fourth of July in the Village' event where we showcase our finest coffees, beverages, foods, etc. - Sponsor and yearly contributor to the 'Christmas Concert & Parade' where we provide hot cocoa, coffee, and pastries to the community - Cafe Andreini hosts seasonal 'Wine and Paint' events to foster community in Arroyo Grande Show less
