I first Came in contact with Denise When I needed advice About compliance When I was working for Tafe. Qld. At that time the help she provided was fast, accurate & very useful. Over the next few year's I probably became a serial nuisance. Every time I had a problem I rang Denise & it was sorted quickly & efficiently, She seems to have a sixth sense about getting to the source of the problem & who caused it & does it in a very friendly manner. I lost track of her when She left Her previous position before I could thank Her for all her wonderful help.
