As HR Advisor I was responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service to 3 different sites, dealing with all ER issue and focusing on a commercially orientated solutions. During my time at Martindale I also supported the implementation of a new HR system and was responsible for recruitment for the Quality and Supply Chain Departments, ensuring effective and robust processes to improve attraction and retention.
