Following the acquisition of Damovo & Phoenix IT by the Daisy Group a new £200m division (Daisy Corporate Services) has been created with the sole purpose of delivering fully managed ICT solutions into the Mid & Enterprise Market.I have held three roles during my time at Daisy, most recently a senior account director in the Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) division. Accountable for base revenues of £15million from some of the division’s largest clients, fewer clients with a more strategic approach to solution selling, evolving from ‘comms supplier’ to ‘trusted partner’ status. The DCS focus is predominately managed and hosted services and business continuity (variations of cloud), with significant performance in upselling them wide area network, VoIP telephony and mobility. High achievement in customer retention, increased cross sell to 4.2 products per client (of 9 available) and doubled revenues to £16m.
