  This role has five primary responsibilities: 1. Contact for all Inter-Plan Programs and their related issues, (e.g., BlueCard, ECRP, National Accounts, Medicare. Support BCBSA and Plan efforts in submitting additional data and information. 2. Distributing BCBSA communication to appropriate individuals within the Plan. Accountable for evaluating all communications and BCBSA requirements to determine impact to Plan. 3. This position will interact closely with the Blue Card Executive to ensure the Plan is maximizing the value of BlueCard Programs for all constituents; internal Plan staff, other BCBSA Plans, members, providers and accounts. 4. Provide timely accurate data, data analysis, process recommendations and real-time business operations status feedback relative to claims quality, productivity, work flow volumes, auto adjudication, etc. for the BlueCard Claims Department. 5.
