This project included the documentation of over 190 requirements incorporating all areas across Raw Materials including contracts, purchasing, receiving, scheduling and planning, production, inventory and finance. This project also includes an upgrade from SAP Business One 8.8 to SAP Business One 9.0. Also included in this is the removal of an existing software (BatchMaster) which is a bolt on module for SAP Business One 8.8 and incorporating the modules functions into the upgraded version of SAP Business One 9.0. • Worked with the Maintenance department on the E-Maintenance system for analyzing the current Preventive Maintenance Program and determining changes and enhancements that would make the process more efficient. • Assigned Project Manager responsibilities for transferring the manufacturing plant to the new owners, Dairy Farmers of America. • Assigned IT Manager responsibilities for final closure of the company.
