Genesys Works is a professional development and college access program that empowers rising high school seniors through classroom training and a year-long paid internship. The initial eight weeks of summer training include professional skills training such as business etiquette, conflict resolution, communications, and public speaking; Technical skills training such as MSFT Office, data analytics (excel focus on v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, etc.), and fundamentals of technical support.
