  My job is to lead group fit participants through a variety of group exercise activities, while educating them about useful and safe exercises. I also assist participants to achieve their exercise goals while, at the same time, creating a fun workout environment for everyone, regardless of their current fitness levels. And, most importantly, I LOVE MY JOB!! Nothing gives me more fulfillment than to see how a healthy lifestyle can completely change someone's life for the better!!
