Denise manages projects from start to finish, liaising with the videographers working for her both during and after shoots. She has proved to be invaluable in the development of creative ideas to make the finished product relative, informative and interesting to the targeted audience. I cannot recommend Denise and Pearldrop Video Production highly enough.

Denise Austin is a true professional. When commissioning work from Pearldrop Video productions, I was always confident that she would treat the charity's clients as if they were her own. Time and again, I got positive feedback from the celebrities she had met with to interview on film as to the professionalism with which they were handled ie put at their ease in front of the cameras, and interviewed sensitively at all times. Her ability to balance logistics, often at short notice, to arrange for Pearldrop's film crew to film multiple events/tasks all over the UK is truly outstanding, and I look forward to working with her again in the future. Not only did Denise offer professional service, she also got involved in the fundraising events that the charity put on, and "walked the talk" at the Great North Run and the York Walk, providing a personal case study which brought enhanced awareness to the work of Crohn's and Colitis UK.

Here at Pearldrop everyday is different. In my role I manage the running of the office, staff, liaise with clients, organise the shoots and spread the word about what a video can do for your organisation. Clients are always are the forefront of my mind and this is the case before, during and after their shoot. Ensuring we've listened to our clients and made them feel comfortable on their shoot means the client always ends up with a video they're proud of and tells their story how they want to tell it. All the Pearldrop attempt to promote our philosophy of great video for everyone. Your passion - your story - your video is our new motto.
