Things that come to mind when I think of Denise; highly organised, profound listening and mediating capabilities, exceptional communication skills and encouraging attitude with a strong capability of inspiring others. Teaching the teacher is always a challenging task but one that Denise excels with her proven ability to motivate colleagues and managers alike, guiding them to make the most of their potential. A great team player and leader adept at handling group facilitation activities in order to bring team workers together no matter the circumstances. Commercially, Denise takes an organisation wide perspective which offers the very best platform for very her effective strategic thought processes (which always allow for external environments). She knows how to hold managers accountable and when to intervene. Expect Denise's vast knowledge, as subtly delivered, to knock you off your feet. (She has opened my eyes on many occasions.) Although in different industries, Denise and I have met and collaborated often, over many many years. I believe I am more than suitable qualified to recommend Denise. She is truly an asset to any business.
