A small section of my achievements is stated as follows: * Recognized as finance lead for Rollforming division specialised in make-to-order products (roofing), while reporting directly to CFO. * Developed and implemented a new system for effective management and control of supplier rebates, customer discounts, and aged debtors. * Effectively controlled wall-to-wall stock takes (stock worth approximately $20M). * Created the whole budgetary system in new ERP for each of 10 branches for every of 150 lines of P&L accountability.
