During this tenure, I provided financial leadership and strategic guidance to the company’s manufacturing division specialized in made-to-order process for Steel and Tube, a leading provider of steel solutions with over 60 years of trading history. I joined after ERP system changed and basically managing all processes from scratch. Along with that, I established day-to-day partnering with GM, National Logistic and National Operation Manager in order to understand the system, create relevat control processes and, in same time, provide financial support to shared service team and create all relevant financial reports to CEO/CFO/GM, including the commentary and analysis for Financial Statements. Worked with MS Dynamics AX and Tableau. A small section of my achievements is stated as follows: * Recognized as finance lead for Rollforming division specialised in make-to-order products (roofing), while reporting directly to CFO. * Developed and implemented a new system for effective management and control of supplier rebates, customer discounts, and aged debtors. * Effectively controlled wall-to-wall stock takes (stock worth approximately $20M). * Created the whole budgetary system in new ERP for each of 10 branches for every of 150 lines of P&L accountability.
