Successfully directing the internal and external coffee logistics, liaising with key courier providers (DPD, FS Distributions, Royal Mail, and third-party logistics suppliers) in addition to supporting the rollout of in house delivery and collection services. Establishing, initiating and optimizing business development strategies based on company targets, product specifications, market data, and budget factors. Engaging in product training, demonstrations, consumer awareness, branding, and acquisition initiatives to raise awareness and revenues.
