Obtain requests from clients and liaise with them to discover their precise requirement. Transfer artwork from external programs to workable design format. Scan pictures from printed paper source and adjust quality accordingly. Telephonically liaise with customers with regards to options in sending material for proofing. Graphically design artwork to be printed on required boxes for the clients. Ensure client's satisfaction prior to sending material through for printing. Place orders for printing tools (rubber stereos) and obtain quotations. Quote clients on printing material they may require. Follow up on all designed material to ensure a smooth process and timely delivery. Advise customer on expected delivery dates for their ordered material. Check final digital proofs from the printer to ensure quality, then give go-ahead to printer. Occasionally push through certain jobs due to their urgency.
