  I worked as a student intern in the Public Works Department for the City and County of San Francisco. My project management team specifically oversaw street resurfacing construction within the county. My duties included: • Preparing drawings for multiple micro-surfacing contracts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS • Visually inspecting over 1,000 roadway candidates for future resurfacing contracts • Leading efforts to inspect and draft plans for streets that require localized repairs • Updating the roadway database, managing project schedules, and creating visual tools such as maps (through ArcGIS) and spreadsheets (using Microsoft Excel) Show less
