Responsible for project forecasting, cost accounting, maintaining accurate budgets and change order negotiation with Owners/Subcontractors, Division Scheduler Responsible for developing CPM bid schedules to determine “C” portion of bid (working days or calendar days). Develop and maintain active Project’s CPM schedules including, monthly progress updates, look-ahead schedules & impact analysis. Assist with other estimating as tasks as needed by the Division Manager.
