I had been working with Denis at Mars E-commerce team for several years. We were establishing e-commerce channel management including all stuff: partnership with key e-retailers, processes, tools and practices. Moreover, we together created and leaded a course for HSE bachelor students, "Internet-business". Denis is very successful in launching new complex projects, he has great skills of leadership and managing in ambiguity, and he has very strong business acumen and wide view on the business. Moreover, his energy, ambition and excellent critical thinking skills make work with him challenging but interesting and productive. I remember with pleasure times when we were working in one team.
