  As a BDR at Evotix, my responsibility is to prospect into different companies and learn about their safety management process. I also assist safety professionals to build a business case to promote a positive safety culture within their organizations. One of my key responsibilities is to work closely with EHS professionals to help them increase engagement, visualize data, and make more informed decisions with our software, Assure and Learn. In my current role at Evotix, I have the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, New Balance, Citrix, Finsbury Foods, Eddie Stobart, Network Rail, Wacker Neuson, Euro Car Parts, and the University of Cambridge.   As a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee at Opteon USA, I prepared appraisal reports on a local and national basis, ensuring that they were completed accurately and on time using our proprietary CRM program, "Engage Report". I maintained frequent correspondence with clients, potential clients, and other potential or current referral sources to ensure their needs were met in a timely and efficient manner. My everyday tasks consisted of conducting market research and property research, as well as performing comparative analysis to determine accurate valuations. Additionally, I played a key role in adding over 1,000 commercial properties to the N1 database, which was later used for analysis and comparison. Overall, my role as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee at Opteon USA was both challenging and rewarding. I developed valuable skills in research, analysis, and communication, which allowed me to provide high-quality service to my clients and contribute to the growth of the company.
