Organise and make sure that EFT payment is loaded and payed, send EFT border clearance forms and CONCO tax invoices which has been signed by me to both LOGICO transport and Interfreight to released the concentrates and truck to our side. Uses spreadsheet, daily count and SAP to be triggered to order order raw materials. The role has developed my ability of planning and expediting on things as well as communication with various suppliers too. One can able to juggle around different obligations smartly and ensure both external and internal customers are always happy by ensuring on time delivery, quality product and right quantities is delivered daily whenever is required.

      I have led three receiving teams, pickers and dispatch team tcgether Ensuring the right skus is binned and picke d to the right place and consistency of bin compliance.Monitoring the team consistently and ensure all product to picked has been pasted OK stickers. Working with R & D(Lab) on release, ON HOLD and including the materials batches that require to be released on SAP. Monitor irregularities on SAP, and including subordinates who mispicked stock ON HOLD and mistransferes on SAP. I have led WMS(scanner) project in our ware house department which went successful.Ensuring eam coaching, compliance , teamwork and healthy communication and handover of shift is always happening on a routitional basics. That will include peoples management, day to day problems and conflict are solved to maintain team relationships. Receiving using SAP WMS scanners and picking. SAP user on various transaction such as LM00, ZTransit, LT023 e.t.c. Conducting circle count, monitoring receiving ensuring receiving of materials are done accordingly and bin on the right bins. Investigate variences on batches that lie in transit and on bins as well.
