I have had the privilege to work with my best friend, husband and partner for the past 3 years - you know how they say you should be wary of working with your spouse on projects, let alone running businesses together, well that clearly does not apply to us. I have continuously grown with his guidance and constructive feedback. Dene has played a huge role with me opening up my own business and following my passion. He has inspired me with the work he does and constantly passes on the knowledge he has accumulated over the years. He is a great leader and is always inclusive, he does not see any difference when it comes to interns or directors, everyone is treated equally with respect.
