Dena is a rockstar who I have the pleasure of working with in the Oakland City Auditor's office. There are so many positive things to mention about Dena - her compassion, enthusiasm, dedication, transparency, and attention to detail - but what makes her stand out in a sea of professionals is her balanced approach to everything. In any situation, you can count on Dena to make smart decisions without losing sight of whats important, and ultimately fair. Another quality I admire about Dena is that she genuinely values the input of each and every one of her colleagues. Simply put, Dena is reliable, personable, and a great addition to any team! We absolutely need more leaders like her!!!
