•Manage the shipping and receiving of GMP and non-GMP materials. •Ensure materials are returned to suppliers that do not meet requirements. •Communicate to staff when materials arrive and distribute product and supplies to various departments. •Keep organized inventory control of all GMP and internal materials in the warehouse. •Ensure that the warehouse is ready for inspection during client visits/audits. •Participate in investigating and isolation of any material or product identified as having a quality problem, until corrective action can be identified by QA. •Handles the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. •Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. •Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. •Use existing SOPs and work instructions to implement specific tasks set forth by company. •Supports with drafting and maintaining WI and SOPs as they relate to the job. •Identifies all Non-Conforming material and processes them following established procedures. •Accounts for and completes all necessary receiving and fulfillment documentation. •Ensures all Raw Materials and Finished goods are identified, labeled, stocked, and warehoused as per procedures. •Monitors inventory and administers cycle-counts as directed. •Receives shipments from suppliers, processes through software system, transferring to the appropriate departments, ensures all paperwork is accurate etc. •Picks, packs, and ships customer orders, ensuring all are properly packaged, matching the label and shipping orders. •Review, maintain and ensure all shipping documentation is correct and delivered to appropriate departments. •Ensure all receiving documentation is correct and accompanies all packages to stockroom or individuals who ordered the material. •Supply interdepartmental communication for receipts and shipments.
