Delun and I collaborated on a transformation change programme in Aviva Singapore and I was hugely impressed with his abilities. He has excellent interpersonal skills and was highly rated by everyone we worked with. But as well as his influencing skills he has a sound grasp of the importance of a customer focus and how to design work flow/processes to deliver what matters to the customer, with the inevitable outcome of improved organisational performance. I started off as Delun's coach but ended up learning more from him than I think he ever learned from me!
