  I am a senior manager with over 30 year’s experience working with vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals. I have been fortunate in my career thus far in successfully supporting, managing and setting up specialised day care services for adults suffering with mental health conditions.As a Development Officer for Liverpool’s Mental Health Services, I led on the drafting and implementation of Liverpool’s Mental Health Strategy. I relocated to London where I developed a keen interest in residential care and supported living services. I continued in my personal development supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health conditions as a Registered Manger of services. My last post which I managed was a diagnosed as dual diagnosed services which unfortunately was decommissioned and converted into a services for learning difficulties. As part of my role, I am required to attend court hearings, NHS mental health tribunals to present evidence pertaining to the client’s behaviour, attendance at police stations acting as an appreciate adult to the clients.I believe my wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of Mental Health would contribute becoming a valuable member of your team Show less
