      My duties include: • Provide Technical advice and support to all services. • Systematically monitor activities such as quality, financial and budgetary control systems in accordance with service requirements and performance targets. Ensuring incomplete or poor quality work is escalated and followed through to full completion. • Analyse and introduce planned/ cyclical maintenance programmes within specified area’s and to monitor and report progress to the line management. • Carry out pre and post specified works undertaken to contract standards. • Ensure all works are undertaken in a manner commensurate with all current statutory requirements using current and up to date legislation e.g. H&S, CDM, Party Wall act, Gas Safe, NIC etc. • Provide verbal or written comprehensive replies to residents, leaseholders, Members, MPs in accordance with corporate guidelines in respect of standards and response time lines. • Work in partnership with teams from other departments, contractors and other partners who have a responsibility or have an interest in the provision of services provided to residents to overcome problems and achieve continuous improvement. • Take the lead for health and safety activities set out in the organisation’s policy statements. • Comply with all Health & Safety at work policies, procedures and guidelines. • Carry out pre and post specified works undertaken to contract standards.
