She led the day-to-day implementation and project management of our Football for Hope Program which built 19 sports-based community centers across Africa. Delphine really understands how to work with people of different cultures and backgrounds, and how to motivate others on the team. She is unflappable in the face of pressure, and you could not hope for a more steady hand in a crisis than Delphine. I could not recommend her highly enough.
