  I am responsible for opening contracts in our system and collecting all information from both buyers and sellers. In a refinance situation I would also be responsible for acting as a liaison between the lender and the borrower to ensure a smooth transaction. I am responsible for keeping sensitive data such as social security numbers safe and secure. When large funds in the form of wires are necessary I oversee the coordination between the sender and us, the title company.
