  Working within a small, dedicated team to sell tickets to West End productions within the theatre. This involved liaising with producers to organise tickets for VIP’s and guests, working with ticketing agents to allocate seating and deal with payments and refunds, as well as dealing with customers both face-to-face and over phone/email. I was also in charge of managing the daily money and takings, as well as working the fast-paced and highly pressured “incoming” period of 6-7.30pm - handing out tickets to customers, dealing with any problems that may arise, last-minute sales, and making sure everyone was inside the theatre with their ticket by curtain up. As a casual member of staff, I would often do this in up to three different theatres a week, always ensuring to keep my professionalism and work ethic within the new teams and environments that I found myself in.
