Delcianna and I worked together at a nonprofit agency dedicated to treatment of families who were referred by CPS due to child neglect and abuse. She was wonderful to work with. I saw her teach at UCSC as a TA and I was enormously impressed by her abilities both in the subject and in relating to students. She is a joy and a focused person with much compassion and intelligence.
