Misti Houle
Delbert is a motivated individual. I have had the pleasure to work with him for many years. While he no longer works at the front desk, he was a great asset to our team. Delbert is always willing to lend a helping hand. Delbert assisted with training of new associates at the front desk. He also cross trained at the concierge desk, where he learned additional responsibilities, and helped cover when needed. In addition, he also worked several months on our night audit team, learning the additional jobs they performed. Delbert is willing and eager to learn new things. Along with the new skills he learned working at the concierge desk & on night audit, Delbert also requested additional training classes to help better his skills and prepare him to take on a leadership role.
