Del is a dependable, hard-working and conscientious individual who is a pleasure to work with. With his dedication and hard-work Del helped the end user satisfaction for all IT related matters continuously improve to an outstanding level. He received praise from his peers and superiors throughout this time and was also the recipient of a WIN award. Because of his skills, personality and dedication Del was offered to move into a different area of the organization as a network engineer working closely with the software development team. Once again he displayed his professionalism and dedication to the business by stepping up several times throughout the transition period. It's been a pleasure working with Del and I highly recommend him.

Delbert was a great technician for us at GRCC. He demonstrated a good work ethic and could be counted on to be there, follow through, and provide great customer service to the campus community. I received many positive comments on Del's technical abilities and his good nature in working with others on campus to get tasks accomplished and meeting our end users expectations.
