Delaney started working at Ideal Concepts a few months after I did and the work environment was not the same (in a good way) after she started. Although she constantly jokes about taking the day off, she is a hard worker and always goes the extra mile. I remember when she first started, she would log onto work in the evenings just to find some extra resumes to call in the morning, which is serious dedication and shows that she cares about her job. She is always open to feedback and was a big help to me when our hiring process changed. We role played with each other to practice asking the new questions. Although I only had the pleasure of working with Delaney for a few months, I will miss talking with her everyday. Any team would be lucky to have Delaney.
