I had the pleasure of working with Dejana at Haley & Aldrich from 2014 to 2015. Dejana possesses excellent organizational skills and to say she is eager to take on new challenges is an understatement. She was hired at a time of growth to work under me as Human Potential Generalist and as my back up.She had very little supervision, and her ability to absorb so many different HR policies, procedures, and benefits plans for 20+ different offices across the US, quickly and accurately was just astounding. She is a strong, reliable team player that would be a valued asset to any organization.
