  I am currently working as a production manager. I have been working in the military industry for 13 years, 5 years as the chief controller in the packaging sector where I learned the core of the job and then 8 years as head of production in the same company. In the past period, I have gained a lot of experience in terms of production and my managerial position. Good organizational skills, quick problem solving, good management of a large number of people and their abilities have led me and my sector to excellent results. Persistence, dedication to work and every detail are key qualities that I appreciate and apply. I must also mention that teamwork is essential no matter what position you are in. The opinion, knowledge and experience of my workers are very important to me and I am always there to respect them. Combining all these elements led me to create new ideas to improve production. Therefore, in my free time, I am very interested in materials and recycling, which is very scarce in our country. I have attracted a lot of attention with materials of non-carcinogenic properties that can be used in the production of all branches of industry. In addition to dedication to work, I am dedicated to myself and perfecting my knowledge. Which is why my abilities have expanded to other fields such as product design in 3d modeling.
