I had the pleasure to work together with Dejan where he was responsible for coordinating fault-corrections and fault-analysis within LTE-/WCDMA-base-station SW-development. I was his technical supervisor and head of fault-handling coordination. I always appreciated Dejan's ability to evaluate technically challenging situations and push forward the investigation. In parallel he was able to keep his SW-developer's group clean of uncorrect and wrong assigned work. He managed his area in a way that the team members could really concentrate on the big and important issues.
