  Responsible for the profitable management and oversight of all SA Site operations, in compliance with applicable regulations, guidance and Synexus operating procedures. Oversight of the day-to-day running of all SA Sites. The main focus is on delivery of patients at all sites working with the Site Managers, Project Managers and Access to Patient Department. Ensure that all sites are run profitable, are meeting their P&L targets. Ensure effective and efficient processes, procedures and documentation to aid delivery teams and meet customer requirements. Drive process improvement and standardisation across all sites where applicable, as well as identifying opportunities for maximising efficiencies. Line manage the ATP Manager, Site Managers, Quality Manager and Project Managers. Manage client interaction (in conjunction with Country Manager, BD and site managers) to deliver best possible outcomes for Synexus. Report monthly to Exco on operational delivery, issues and opportunities. Show less
