Lead researcher for inaugural study on the social sustainability of McMaster University, done in conjunction with researchers looking at the school's environmental and financial sustainability. Research involved collecting quantitative indicators as well as conducting qualitative research on the university. This research and its subsequent reports led to the creation of the Sustainability Office at McMaster University.
